I just did manual updates for my Word Press and for the plug-ins that were out of date. I can follow instructions.

There’s not a lot happening in my life right now. There are some things but I can’t talk about them right now. I don’t know if any family read my blog so I’m going to wait until I decide what I’m going to to for certain and what, if any, actions I’m going to take. If I choose to act, I’ll post after I’ve done so. Sorry for the mystery but one way or the other you’ll eventually know.

There’s also a bit of work stuff that I’m choosing not to talk about. Sorry. I don’t want to get Dooced. Unlke Dooce I don’t have killer writing talents nor the ambition to be able to make lemonade out of being fired for talking about work.

Let’s see…what else is going on. Not a lot. I’m awake at 3:30 am (and have been since before 2 am). I went to bed not long after 8 pm. I should have slept through the night. However after a nice nap I woke up all refreshed. This happened yesterday too. I ended up dragging my ass through the entire day. I decided a little bit ago to go through the entire day on the amount of sleep I’ve had. I’ll also try to remember to take some melatonin before going to bed tonight in a mad stab at being human tomorrow.

Despite dragging my butt through the day I did get something accomplished. I packed up two rooms. One room was neat and tidy and I’m sure I messed up his stuff by packing it. It was one of those rooms where you can tell the person is somewhat anal retentive in terms of their organization. This room I had to taken an inventory of all the items I packed. His organization really helped in that.

The second room was a nightmare. I think he had only 6 clean items to pack. The rest was all work soiled and icky. I was smart enough to take along a couple pair of latex gloves to wear while I did his room. Just…ew! This one I didn’t have to inventory because he went UAL (unlawfully at large) after he was on full parole. Since he was on full parole the business was acting as any landlord would. The difference is that unlike other landlords we’ll actually store his stuff until he either reaches warrant expiry (WED) or picks his stuff up when he’s released on full parole again. Not having to write an inventory of his stuff made packing much quicker. I hauled out a full, large garbage bag of trash as well. The housekeeper is going to have to wash all his bedding. that’s normal but his bedding was still folded after being washed the last time. He was sleeping on a bare mattress. His bedding was on the filthy floor.

Packing those two rooms took up about 1.5 hr of work. After that it was doing fills and the final building check. My afternoon went by quickly.

I should go make myself something to eat. I’m feeling somewhat peckish.

This guy must have never had an ear infection in his life. If I were able and were doing this I’d be puking within a minute or so.
