A Meme I’ve Not Done Before

Since avoiding the term paper seems to be the thing for me to do right now, I’ve been exploring other people’s blog reads. Right now I’m skimming through Rhonda’s Blog. There I found a couple of people who led me to a couple of other people. This one is a direct link from Rhonda (just so you know) and her profile was an interesting read. When that happens you know you just have to continue into the archives to learn more. That’s where I found this meme, Outside Tena.

If you had to choose one vice in exclusion of all others what would it be?
Smoking. Oddly enough, I miss that activity something fierce. I don’t miss the smell, I don’t miss not being able to walk far or do much without getting hugely winded, but I really do miss smoking.

If you could change one specific thing about the world what would it be?
Get rid of avarice. I think that greed is the number one cause of so much grief in the world.

Name the cartoon character you identify with the most.
That depends on the day. Sometimes I feel like Bugs Bunny and other times I feel like Marvin the Martian.

If you could live one day in your life over again which one would it be?
There are so many. It would be so hard to choose. I wouldn’t live a day that I’d want to change, but live one where I was content and happy.

If you could go back in history and spend a day with one person who would it be?
Wow. Ummm…that’s a toughie. Oddly enough, I think I’d like to spend a day with my mother’s mother’s parents. Also, I’d like to get to know my Dad’s parents. His dad died long before I was born and Granny died when I was about 3. I’d really like to get to know my own ancestors.

What is the one thing you lost, sold or threw away that you wish you could have back?
The stories that I wrote in Grade 10 about my friend, and her stories about me. They were hilarious in an immature, bored-in-Algebra kind of way.

What is your one most important contribution to this world?
Other than Boy, who really is his own self, I’d have to say the presentations that I’ve done about myself and child sexual abuse. I’d like to think that in some way I’ve changed people’s perceptions and touched lives.

What is your one hidden talent that nearly no one knows about?
Opening doors with my toes.

What is your most cherished possession?
My wedding band.

What one person influenced your life the most when growing up?
I don’t know.

What one word describes you better than any other?
Stubborn.
